EBT Void

EBT Void - Step 1

To process a EBT Void, start from the CHEXIT Main Menu, then select the Void button.

EBT Void - Step 2

A listing of recent transactions will display and will include the following details:

  • Ticket ID

  • Date

  • Last 4 digits of the Card Number

  • Amount

Select a transaction from the list to be voided.

EBT Void - Step 3

The terminal will display the CHEXIT Void Transaction screen.

  1. Verify the transaction details, then select the Void button.

  2. Enter the Transaction Number from the receipt.

  3. Follow the onscreen prompts to complete the transaction.

EBT Void - Step 4

When the transaction is voided, the CHEXIT Void Transaction screen will display the transaction details along with two options:

  1. Print Receipt - prints the Merchant Copy of the receipt, if needed.

  2. Main Menu - returns to the CHEXIT Main Menu screen.
