Credit or Debit Return - Step 1
To process a Credit Return, start from the CHEXIT Main Menu, then select the Return button.
Credit or Debit Return - Step 2
Enter the Return Amount, then select the Credit or Debit button.
Credit or Debit Return - Step 3
The cardholder is prompted to Insert, Tap, or Swipe their card or device.
To proceed, follow the onscreen prompts.
Credit or Debit Return - Step 4
After the transaction processes successfully, the CHEXIT Return screen will display the transaction details along with two options:
Print - will print a receipt, if needed.
New Transaction - will take you back to the CHEXIT Main Menu screen.
